Evidence relating to the oral hearings, and any other documents considered relevant for disclosure by Lord Justice Leveson, will appear here. For example witness statements will be published here as soon as possible after the witness has given oral evidence or after the statement has been taken as read by the Inquiry.

Statements will not be published until the Inquiry Team, the witness and core participants have had the chance to make any necessary redactions to ensure confidentiality of the information.

Due to the volume of documentation being received by the Inquiry, at present documents exhibited to statements are not generally being published with statements. All documents that the Inquiry receives as evidence will be published on the website in due course.
